If you don't already have a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts then absolutely invest in those. Every pair of work shoes I wear on their own make my feet hurt but as soon as I use these inserts that completely disappears. I have their "Massaging Gel Work Insoles" but they have a lot of different kinds depending on your needs.
