Web2 apr. 2013 · Post your chest routine up. If your using dumbells you might be better off switching to barbells for a bit, it will be easier for you to balance growth evenly. Otherwise, just keep lifting they'll even themselves out eventually. Dont worry too much about it. I disagree. Barbells allow one side to compensate for the other's weakness.
