WebWrye Bash only does what you tell it to, and works with what you give it. When you don't add bashed tags to your plugins, your bashed patches are inevitably gonna be fucky. Automation is never perfect either. Bashed patches and automation tools only do so much. WebOpen Wrye Bash, right click on the old patch click rebuild patch. Basically it will scan all the new mods and just add new ones on top of the old bash. Really. It's that simple. Just rebuild patch everytime you add a mod.
